Each year IETM hosts a limited number of international media representatives to our event.
Due to the limited slots, Official Media Partners of IETM will be given priority.

As the world gets back on its feet and opens its doors, ecotourism comes in as one of the strongest tourism movements. Many lessons are learned from the pandemic. The most evident, being that we can no longer return to our old ways of taking nature for granted. We must now direct our focus to experiences that yield inspiration to further our understanding of sustainability as key not just for survival but for a meaningful life across cultures. The Philippines through the International School of Sustainable Tourism(ISST) is honored to host this first green travel mart. We welcome and enjoin you to explore this website of the International Ecotourism Travel Mart (IETM), as presented by the Asian Ecotourism Network. The IETM presents an array of the tools, learnings and linkages for ecotourism enthusiasts, experts, professionals, advocates, and fresh entrants. All these are done so that ecotourism can yield its benefits for us in these crucial hours. Mabuhay!

Ecotourism has been recognized as an excellent tool to help protect the natural environment while improving the welfare of the local people. Creating knowledge and understanding authentic ecotourism through interpretation and education is crucial to ensure the long-term success of the industry. For this very reason, AEN sees International Ecotourism Travel Mart a great opportunity for cross-learning, networking, and a celebration of ecotourism to make sure the beautiful nature is handed over to our next generations to enjoy. Plan to actively participate so we can share our experiences to better prepare against the new order set by COVID-19 and execute on the Green Recovery to reboot and reboost ecotourism sector for a sustainable future achieving a number of Sustainable Development Goals.
